Impressions on ‘Requiem’

A complex work of Francoise Beliveau. The imageries, defined by the composition of colors and forms, float as in an odyssey or submerge in an enclosed chamber. They transmit a strong desire to live, be born or reborn. The result is one of unsettling beauty that reflects the notion that Beauty is Truth and Truth is Beauty.
